After I press the power button, it takes about 30 seconds to reach the lock screen on my PC. This includes around 10 seconds for the BIOS screen, followed by a brief period with the Windows loading animation. I have 'fast startup' disabled and I'm wondering if this boot time is typical for my setup. My specs are an R5 3600 processor, a Galax GTX 1660 graphics card, XPG Gammix D10 16GB RAM (with XMP disabled), a Biostar A320MH motherboard, and a Crucial MX500 1TB SSD running Windows 11.

The time for your BIOS to finish its checks doesn’t really count towards boot time since it’s just running internal tests. Windows 11 can be a bit heavy, so 30 seconds might not be a big deal. I think you’re okay here!
30 seconds from the power button isn’t terrible, especially with fast startup off. But since you mentioned XMP is disabled, your RAM could be running at a lower speed like 2400MHz. You might want to check if your memory is in the right slots to maximize performance. It might help speed things up a little!
Thanks for the tip! I'll check the RAM slots and see if enabling XMP helps the boot time.
