I'm looking to build a new PC and want to grab a graphics card before prices get even crazier. I plan to use it for at least 2-3 years. My focus is mainly on 1440p gaming, but I'm willing to drop down to 1080p if necessary. I'm specifically looking for an Nvidia card because I play a game that has a known freezing bug on AMD cards that hasn't been fixed yet.

That's a pretty good price considering the current GPU market. I recently snagged one for $380 from PNY, and it works great!
The 4070 handles 1440p gaming effortlessly! $400 is a great price for it. I really hope you get it!
$400 feels about right, especially if you know the model and its condition. I’d be cautious about paying more unless it’s a Founder's Edition with the original packaging; those tend to maintain value better and could sell for more later on.
I have a 4070 and I play modern games on a 3440x1440 monitor. I think $400 is a solid price! I paid about $500 USD when it launched, so seeing it drop to $400 feels a bit underwhelming given how long it's been out. Currently, I'm playing Resident Evil 9, and it runs smooth as butter!
You need to keep its age in mind. The card is still good, so $400 seems reasonable if it’s in good condition with no issues. Just check the seller's reputation before buying!
$400 was the standard price last month before prices for Nvidia GPUs with more than 8GB spiked. It's still a decent deal. Plus, it's faster than the 5060 Ti 16GB, which is priced at $550 now, up from a low of $400 a few months back.
