I'm looking to build a PC that can handle 1440p gaming and also do some 1080p video editing. I know that Nvidia cards are overpriced right now, especially in India where AMD cards are going for over $200 above MSRP. I'm willing to wait until July to see if prices improve. Here are my current specs: Ryzen 5 7600, 16 GB of 5200 MT RAM (DDR5), an Ant Esport Air 211 case, a Coolermaster Gold v2 750W power supply, and an MSI b650m Gaming WiFi motherboard. Is the 5060 Ti priced at $550 a worthwhile investment for my setup?

I’d say no way! It’s better to wait and aim for the 9070 or 5070 if you can find either one for around $550. The 9070 is slightly better, so if both are available, go for that one!
Honestly, I wouldn’t go for the 5060 Ti at that price. It’s around the MSRP of the 5070, which you might find occasionally at a decent price if you keep checking sites like buildapcsales. The 9070 is another solid choice, though it can be trickier to find for a good price. Just make sure to check for potential bottlenecks in your setup, particularly with RAM—consider getting another 16GB kit, but it should match your existing one exactly for best performance.
LOL, yeah, bottleneck tests are essential these days!
For sure! I’ll definitely do a bottleneck test after sorting out the GPU. Man, I really picked a rough time to build my PC, didn’t I?
