Is 6000MHz RAM still the best choice for an AM5 build?

I'm setting up a new PC and exploring DDR5 RAM options. I've come across two choices: Gskill TridentZ 2x16GB 6000MHz CL30 and Gskill TridentZ 2x16GB 5600MHz CL28. I've read that older posts mentioned AM5 platforms could have stability issues with RAM above 6000MHz. Given that these posts are about a year old, I'm curious if those problems still exist. Should I even consider getting RAM faster than 6000MHz, or is it just not worth it? For reference, I'm currently using DDR4 3200MHz RAM, so I'm not too familiar with the new options. Thanks for any insights!

I've noticed that some setups struggle with stability at 6400 MHz and above in 1:1 mode. The sweet spot seems to be CL30 at 6000, and honestly, CL28 at 5600 might deliver similar performance.

Yeah, CL30 at 6000 MHz does look like the best choice overall. And the prices for those specs are pretty solid right now!

I'd suggest sticking with the 6000 MHz CL30 for a 1:1 cycle match. I remember Hardware Unboxed did some great testing on different RAM speeds that would be super relevant for you!

Is that the video you mentioned? [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aD-4ScpDSo8](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aD-4ScpDSo8) Thanks for the tip! I'm really excited about this build and want to make sure I get it right.
