I recently installed a WD SN850x as my third drive, and I noticed that it runs at 45 degrees when idle but jumps to 65 degrees under load according to Crystal Disk Info. This reading triggers the composite temperature sensor, which turns red. Is 65 degrees typical for this drive, or should I be concerned? Any insights would be appreciated!

Nah, 65 degrees is actually pretty normal for an M.2 NVMe SSD under load. These drives can handle quite a bit of heat. As long as you have decent airflow, you should be good!

But why is it triggering that composite temperature sensor? Is Crystal Disk Info being too sensitive?
