I'm considering purchasing a used RTX 4070 TI Super for around $650. Given that I have a 4K monitor but can't afford a high-end 4K graphics card, would I be better off buying this used card or spending a bit less for a brand new 5070 (non-TI)? I'm planning to mostly use DLSS upscaling. What do you all think?

That $650 offer is actually solid right now. I've seen used 4070 TI Supers listed for $800 or more. I have one myself, and it's a fantastic card that handles 4K and even ray tracing quite nicely—just remember that for 4K, you'll have to make some adjustments.
