I've been noticing that my Zotac RTX 3090 peaks at around 82 degrees Celsius when I'm playing games on high to ultra settings, like Silent Hill F. Is this temperature normal for a graphics card, or should I be worried? I'm considering changing the thermal paste and checking other cooling components since the fans get really loud. Any advice would be appreciated!

Do you have any monitoring tools set up? It would be helpful to check your hotspot temperature since that can indicate if it's actually overheating.
It sounds like your thermal paste might be drying out, so changing it could help improve cooling. Don't forget to check the thermal pads too; those might need replacing as well.
As long as your GPU stays below 90C, you're usually in good shape. Make sure to keep an eye on your core clock speeds during gaming—if they're around 1700 MHz or more, you're not thermal throttling.
