I've been noticing my PC gets quite hot lately, especially when gaming. I've had it for about 4-5 years now, and during idle times, my Intel i7-10700F CPU sits around 50°C, but during gaming sessions, it jumps up to 90°C. I'm considering replacing the thermal paste—I'm torn between MX4 and MX6. Can someone give me advice on whether this temperature is typical and whether thermal paste is the culprit? Also, if you need more info or suggestions, let me know!

It's pretty normal for high-end gaming, but it sounds like you're at the verge of thermal throttling. What's your CPU cooler like? You might want to check that out.
