I'm a casual gamer, mostly playing single-player games like Far Cry 25 and Cyberpunk 2077. I'm wondering if a 100Hz refresh rate on my monitor is sufficient for my gaming experience. Any thoughts or advice?

It really depends on your preferences and what you're playing. I'm happy at 90FPS, and if you're solely focused on single-player titles, 100Hz should serve you well if your PC can output those frames. Just remember, if your GPU only runs something at 30 FPS, a higher refresh rate won’t make much of a difference.
