I'm considering using a 140mm case fan with a speed of 1600RPM as a front intake option, specifically the Corsair RX140 model. I've seen other fans in the 140mm range with speeds between 1800 and 3000RPM. Is a 1600RPM fan adequate for cooling?

Usually, 800 RPM is sufficient for case fans. I have a 360 AIO setup with a 7800X3D, and it only runs at 600 RPM under heavy load, keeping it at about 65°C. However, every case is unique, so monitoring your temps is really important.
