I've been considering upgrading from my GTX 1070 and came across a Gigabyte Waterforce 3080 for $250. I'm curious if it's a worthwhile investment or if I should hold off for the upcoming 40xx and 50xx series graphics cards. My current setup includes an AMD 7950x with 64GB of DDR5 RAM. What do you think?

For $250, it's hard to pass up. Make sure to check if it really works before finalizing the deal, though.

If you’re buying it on eBay, just check the seller's history to avoid scams. Usually, it’s all good as long as you keep your proof!

Yes, I made a similar upgrade and the difference in performance is huge. I'd snag that deal before it's gone!

The Waterforce might be a bit specific since it’s made for custom cooling setups. Are you okay with that? Price-wise, it's fantastic!

Definitely go for it! That's a solid deal for a 3080, especially considering their usual prices range from $375 to $425.
