I'm building a PC with the following specifications: a PRO H610M-E DDR4 motherboard, an Intel i3 12100 processor, two 8GB DDR4 2666MHz RAM sticks (totaling 16GB), one 512GB SATA NVMe SSD, the Intel stock CPU cooler, and I'm using a 1440 x 900 60Hz TN panel monitor. I won't be using a dedicated graphics card, just the integrated UHD 730 graphics. Will a 400W power supply be enough for this setup?

For sure, you won't have any issues running your i3 12100 with that power supply. It'll handle everything just fine.

Absolutely! You have more than enough power with that setup, especially since you're not using a dedicated GPU.

You've got plenty of wattage for your build. Even if you decide to add a low-end graphics card like a GTX 1650 or RX 6400 in the future, you should still be fine with 400W.

Yeah, a 400W power supply is definitely enough for your setup. Even a bronze-rated supply would work well. Without a graphics card, you're in a good spot power-wise.
