I just upgraded my system with a 9060 XT 16GB after using an RX 570 for some time, but I forgot to check if my current power supply would be enough. I'm using a Seasonic M12II EVO 520W. Is this wattage suitable for my new GPU and Ryzen 5 5600, or should I consider getting a stronger PSU?

520W seems a bit low, but it should theoretically work. Just make sure your PSU is in good shape and check the label on the side to see if it delivers close to the full 520W on the 12V rail.

You should be fine with that PSU! The Seasonic M12II EVO is generally a solid unit, and it should handle your setup without any issue.

How old is your PSU? If it's around 10 years old, I'd recommend replacing it even if it technically can handle the load. Older power supplies might not perform as well as newer ones.
