Is a 650W Bronze PSU Enough for a 5070 GPU?

I'm currently using a PowerSpec MC 402404 80 Plus Bronze PSU with a setup that includes a 3060 GPU, a 5600X processor, and 32GB of DDR4 RAM on a B550M Plus motherboard. Right now, I'm powering my GPU with a pigtail cable. Can I continue using the same setup if I upgrade to the 5070 GPU, or do I need to change my power supply?

If your PSU is the one linked, it's rated E on the tier list, which makes me skeptical about using it, especially for a new and expensive GPU. I'd recommend considering an upgrade before making the swap.

I've had mine working for years with a 3060, and it’s been fine. Would that also apply if I went with a 5060 Ti or would I need to upgrade then?
