Hey there! I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card from an RTX 3060 to an RTX 3080 Founders Edition, but I'm a bit worried about whether my power supply unit (PSU) will handle it. Here are my current specs:

- CPU: i5-12400F
- Current GPU: RTX 3060 (planning to upgrade to RTX 3080 FE)
- RAM: 32GB DDR4
- Storage: 1 NVMe SSD + 2 SATA SSDs
- PSU: FSP HEXA 85+ Pro Bronze 650W (HA2-650)

I'm also considering undervolting the 3080 to reduce its power consumption and keep temperatures down. What do you all think?

Based on the numbers, you should be okay, but be aware that the RTX 3000 series, especially the high-end ones like the 3080, can have significant power spikes that might overload your PSU temporarily. Don’t worry, your PC won’t explode, but if there are better alternatives with lower transient spikes, those might suit you better with your current PSU.
