Is a 750W Power Supply Enough for My New GPU and CPU Setup?

Hey everyone, I'm planning to upgrade my GPU and want to make sure my current power supply is sufficient. I'm looking at pairing an Intel Core i9-10900F with a Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Gaming OC (12GB) and I already have the following components:

- Gigabyte Z490 VISION G
- Kingston HyperX Fury 64GB (4x16 GB) DDR4 3600MHz CL17
- Corsair Hydro Series H100I Pro (240mm water cooler)
- Corsair MP600 XT 1 TB SSD
- Kingston KC3000 1 TB SSD
- 2TB 7200RPM SATA HDD
- And I'm using a 750W 80 Plus Bronze Corsair CX750 PSU.

Since I'll be keeping all the other parts, can I get away with the 750W PSU for this setup?

Yes, that should work without any issues! Just make sure your PSU has good airflow, and you’ll be set to go.

Awesome, thanks for the tip!

Totally, a 750W PSU should be enough for your build! You have a powerful setup, but as long as you're not overclocking excessively, you should be fine.

Try using PCPartPicker to get an estimate, but generally speaking, 750W is sufficient. Also, ensure that there's some space for the PSU to breathe — maybe consider a buffer of around 50-100W for safety.

I just checked PCPartPicker and it said "estimated wattage 498W". How much headroom should I aim for?
