I'm considering upgrading some parts of my PC, and after measuring, it seems everything fits snugly with just 1-2 cm of space here and there. I'm wondering if it's a bad idea to have such a compact build? Here's the breakdown of my current setup:
- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
- Motherboard: MSI B550m pro-vdh wifi
- GPU: XFX Swift 9060XT Triple Fan OC
- RAM: 4x8GB Kingston (I already have this)
- Storage: Any 1TB drive (also already have)
- Cooler: Deepcool Assassin IV (already owned)
- Casing: 1st Place T3 mAtx (already owned)
Essentially, I want to upgrade while keeping some of my existing components since they're still functional.

Honestly, if everything fits, it should be fine. But keep an eye on your airflow, especially if you’re packing components tightly. Heat can build up in compact spaces, and that could lead to performance issues or noise from fans trying to compensate.

What do you think about having only a small gap around the GPU? Is a triple fan GPU still worth it if there's not much room?
