I'm new to building PCs and I'm hoping to play Red Dead Redemption 2 at 1440p, along with using FL Studio and doing some other tasks. I'm uncertain if my setup is sufficient or if I might face limitations. Here are my specs: AMD Ryzen 5 7500F, 8GB RTX 5060, 32GB DDR5 RAM, and a 1TB NVMe SSD.

In short, no. You're going to hit VRAM issues quickly with most games unless you keep settings pretty low. I'd suggest looking for a 16GB card for more headroom.
It’s okay for RDR2 and older games, but don’t expect optimal performance on newer titles. This card struggles with 1080p in some cases, so you might want to consider saving up for a better card for 1440p gaming in the future.
While your build might handle RDR2 fine since it's an older game, I think you'll find 8GB VRAM limiting for newer titles at 1440p. If you can swing it, going for at least a 16GB model, like the 9060XT, would be a smarter choice for better longevity.
I’ve got a similar setup with a slightly better card and I play at 1440p without any issues most of the time. However, for heavier games like God of War, I do lower texture settings to medium and use DLSS. Definitely check out some benchmarks to see how the 5060 holds up for your favorite games.
