I've been noticing some significant problems with M365 this morning around 9:44 EST. Some of my users are facing issues where outbound emails are being incorrectly flagged by the Purview DLP policies. Additionally, users on the New Outlook client and Outlook online seem to have their emails stuck in a pending state, while some can send emails just fine. Mobile device users seem to have no issues at all. Is anyone else experiencing similar struggles?

We had issues with scanning to email and receiving external emails. It seems like scan to Outlook was our own mistake, but I'm still waiting on emails from outside our domain.
I found a new service health alert that might explain some of this. You can check it on Microsoft's admin site, but people have reported issues with the link. Let me know if anyone can access it!
Wow, Microsoft has really outdone themselves here. I've run into problems with Outlook on my Apple laptop – it's been a mess!
Same here! I had to switch to the native Mail app because Outlook was just unusable on my MacBook.
I’m seeing slow delivery today, and it seems like many emails sent out yesterday are just gone. Not great!
Just to add, emails around here are getting lost left and right. It’s frustrating. Hoping they resolve this soon!
