Is Anyone Else Experiencing ‘Null’ in Email Bodies on Exchange Online?

Hey everyone,

So, starting around 11:05 GMT, we've been having this weird issue where external emails coming to our Outlook (both client and online) have their body content replaced with 'null'. I checked Mimecast and can still see the original body content there. Just wondering if anyone else is facing this problem.

P.S. We turned off CyberGraph in Mimecast following some advice from another user, 5tubbo. So far, things seem to be stabilizing. Hope this helps someone else out too! 🙂

We’re seeing this too, glad it's not just us. Let’s hope Microsoft gets on it soon! Typical Friday issues, right?
