Is Anyone Else Frustrated with Apple Support?

I sent my Apple Watch for repair on June 20th, but I haven't heard anything since June 24th. When I contacted them on June 29th, they said I'd need to call back if I didn't get an update by July 1st. So, I did call, and Customer Relations told me to expect a call back on July 7th. This is my first experience with Apple Support, and I feel like I'm just getting the runaround without any clear answers about my watch's status.

Your model might be backordered, which is likely causing the delay. It's frustrating, but sometimes Apple can't rush a repair. They should definitely keep you updated on what's happening, though.

I don’t mind delays so much, just wish they'd be more transparent about it!

True! They can sometimes replace your watch with a newer model if there are supply issues, which might speed things up.

Since it’s a holiday weekend, don’t expect any updates until after July 7th, like they mentioned. Patience is key here!

I'm confused too because they said two business days over the phone, but then I got an email pushing it to the 7th, and now another saying the 14th. It's hard to keep track!

I think the first rep might not have considered the holiday. The 7th seems like a better estimate for actual contact.
