Is Azure experiencing outages again?

I’m in Southeast US and can’t access the Azure portal at all right now. Definitely a problem.

Seems to be fine on my end in North Europe, no issues here!

It's down for me here in Idaho. It's super early, so I really don't want to wake anyone up!

Here we go again, it seems like this happens a lot!

I'm having trouble in UK South too. The portal keeps failing at random times and PIM isn't working either.
