Is Board Infinity’s Java Full Stack Course on Coursera Worth It?

Hey everyone! I'm a fresh grad from a tier-3 engineering college, and I'm excited to kickstart my career as a Java Full Stack Developer. I found Board Infinity's Full Stack Development course on Coursera, and it seems pretty good—covering essentials like Java, Spring Boot, and some front-end basics. I have a few questions: Have any of you taken this course? Is it a good investment of time and money, or are there better options out there? I'm looking for a course that's structured, relevant to the industry, and includes hands-on projects instead of just watching videos. I'd also appreciate any recommendations for beginner-friendly Java-based full stack programs that can really prepare me for a job. Thanks a bunch!

A lot of my friends have taken the Board Infinity course, and most found it quite helpful! The curriculum looks solid, especially the hands-on projects and coding assignments. It definitely gives you the opportunity to work on real-world skills, which is crucial for job readiness. If you’re looking for structured learning, it could be worth it! Just make sure to be proactive while learning.

I second that! This course was really engaging, but be prepared to put in some extra effort to get the most out of it. What impressed me was the focus on projects—helped me connect theory with practice.

I did a quick comparison of the course with a few others, and while Board Infinity seems good, you might find better value in alternatives like Codecademy or Udacity. They often have comprehensive curriculums and good community support. Plus, some of them also offer mentorship programs, which really helps when you’re starting out.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll definitely check those out. Having a mentor sounds like a great way to stay motivated and get personalized guidance.
