I'm considering using CachyOS on my main gaming machine but I feel a bit embarrassed about not sticking with regular Arch Linux. What are the advantages of CachyOS for gaming, and is it really worth it?

Don't feel lame about not using Arch! CachyOS gives you the power of an Arch-based system without the complicated setup. It's just Arch with extra convenience. If you want to game rather than spend time configuring your OS, CachyOS is a solid option.
CachyOS is well-optimized for gaming, letting you enjoy your games without the hassle of constant troubleshooting. If you're looking to game in 4k HDR with high frame rates on Nvidia, then CachyOS might be the right choice for you.

I switched to CachyOS for its great driver support and it's been fantastic for my gaming. Much less hassle than a manual Arch install!
