Hey everyone! I'm currently diving into Python through FreeCodeCamp, but I'm starting to wonder if the material is a bit outdated. Do you think it's worth sticking with FreeCodeCamp, or should I look for more up-to-date resources?

Beginner material tends to hold its value since the foundational concepts don’t change often in programming languages. But if you’re after something more current and practical, you might want to check out the "Python Programming 2025" course from the University of Helsinki. It’s free and really high-quality!
I’ve never been a huge fan of FreeCodeCamp's content, but for free resources, it’s not terrible. Most of the beginner stuff remains relevant, so it could still be okay for starting out.
I haven't used FreeCodeCamp myself. What exactly makes you think it's outdated?
I've seen discussions on other forums mentioning that the materials seem old-fashioned and not as comprehensive as newer resources.
Totally agree! MOOC offers some fantastic courses!
