Hey! My workplace uses FreshService for various IT functions like ticketing and inventory management. We used to rely on SCCM/MECM for tracking software and hardware, but we're shifting more towards FreshService. From what I've seen, it's quite reliable for keeping track of assets and software installations. Plus, we’ve found it much easier to manage compared to Excel spreadsheets. They have different pricing plans for specific modules, just check with them directly.
