I'm wondering if I should go ahead and build a PC right now or if I should wait until the new year when prices might drop. Prices seem quite high at the moment, especially for certain components, and I want to make sure I get the best deal possible.

I'd go for it now if I were you! Prices usually just keep creeping up over time. I built my PC recently and I'm really happy that I did since RAM is super pricey, and I wouldn't be surprised if it gets even more expensive later on. Don’t wait too long and risk paying more!
Totally agree! The last thing you want is to regret waiting if prices shoot up.
