I was cleaning my PC with a compressed air duster and noticed that the fan connected to my heatsink is at an angle. When I tried to adjust it, it felt stuck in place. Is this normal behavior for a heatsink fan, or should I be worried? What steps should I take if it's not normal?

It’s not uncommon for fans to be a little off when you first install them, but if it's really angled and feels wedged, it could be a problem. Generally, CPU fans snap onto the cooler correctly. If it's just resting there, check to see if it's mounted properly. You might want to take a look at the installation guide for your cooler to see how it should be set up. Did you build this PC yourself, or did you buy it pre-built?
You should definitely share a picture of it! It’s easier to help if we can see what's going on. Just upload the pic and drop the link here, and we can figure out if it’s a mounting issue or something else.
