I went ahead and deleted everything in my %localappdata% folder, but I skipped the items that said they needed administrator access. Am I going to run into issues because of this, or should everything be fine?

Honestly, deleting files from there can be a risky move! But if everything is still working for you, that's great! Sometimes you might just need to reinstall a couple of programs, but hopefully, you won’t have to do much more than that.

Yeah, if I run into any issues, I can always reinstall. Fingers crossed!

It’s hard to say for sure how things will turn out for you. The %localappdata% folder is where many applications store settings and saved data, so there’s a good chance you might have broken some programs by deleting those files. Just keep an eye on things to see if any apps act weird.
