Is it okay to delete one of my two identical SDXC cards?

Hey everyone! I'm doing some spring cleaning on my laptop and I noticed I have two identical SDXC cards. I'm a bit confused about whether it's safe to remove one of them since it's cluttering my space. Can I just delete one, or should I be cautious? Any advice would be appreciated!

I’m glad to hear everything is running fine for you! If you’re backed up, you’ve got nothing to worry about! Just keep an eye on your storage to avoid issues down the line.

It should be fine to delete one, but just double-check that all your important data is backed up somewhere else before you do. Better safe than sorry!

I learned the hard way! Always back up before removing devices!

Thanks, I’ll make sure to back everything up just in case!

Yeah, you can safely delete one of them! Just make sure that they’re truly identical and that you're not using both for something like backups. Most people use SDXC cards in devices like cameras, so check where they're being used before removing one.

Thanks for the heads up!

Just a heads up, I accidentally removed a device once and lost a bunch of files. Be careful!
