I'm trying to figure out if I can combine two RAM kits: one is CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) running at 3600MHz CL18-22-22-42, and the other is CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) at 3200MHz CL16-20-20-38. The only major difference seems to be the speed. Will this combination work, and is it safe to do?

You can technically mix them, but be prepared for them to run at the lower speed of 3200MHz. Not mixing RAM speeds isn't just a suggestion—it's usually best for stability. Combining different kits can lead to issues in performance, so proceed with caution.

This is the way! Just keep in mind, while it might work, it can complicate things and lead to instability. If you can, opt for matching kits to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Yes, you can combine them, but it's not recommended at all. Mixing different speeds, timings, and even brands can create a lot of potential problems. It’s often better to just stick with matching kits to avoid any complications.
