Hey there! I haven't used Firefox in a while, and I've noticed that it's taking up quite a bit of space on my hard drive. I'm tempted to uninstall it, but I've read that doing so might mess with my computer. Is it safe to remove Firefox, or should I be cautious?

No need to worry about damaging your system when you uninstall software like Firefox. But if you're still concerned, you could run a System File Check after you remove it, just to be on the safe side.
If you're not using Firefox at all, go ahead and remove it. I've never heard of it causing corruption when uninstalled properly, so you should be fine!
You can definitely uninstall Firefox if you're not using it. It shouldn't be taking up too much space in the first place. How much space is it actually using up?
I get where you're coming from, but Firefox usually only takes up a small amount of disk space, like around 200 MB. If it’s taking up 312 MB, that’s still manageable, but if you want to clear space, feel free to uninstall it!
