Hey everyone! I'm primarily a recording artist and sound designer, but I've come up with this idea that I think could really enhance my workflow. I want to control Logic Pro using hand gestures and voice commands. For example, I'd love to just tell the program to jump to a specific bar or cut audio on a channel. I envision a setup with projectors around me, inspired by how Tony Stark interacts with Jarvis in Iron Man. I know diving into coding for this will be tough since I'm a complete novice, but I'm heading into my honors year in audio engineering and I think showcasing something like this would be cool. So, I'm curious to hear your thoughts on whether this is feasible and how I might start to tackle it!

Getting Logic Pro to respond to voice commands and gestures might be a stretch, especially if you’re a beginner. First off, you'll want to see if Logic Pro has an available developer API. A good approach is to break it down and start small. Try opening Logic Pro with a voice command before you go for the whole kit. Challenging yourself can be great, but start with manageable goals!
Yeah, I’m not rushing this idea. It’s just a concept I thought would be cool. I also found an app called Voice Commander Remote that could program phrases for commands, but it's not supported on Mac OS and hasn't been updated in ages.
