Hey all! I'm a newbie to PC building and I've just assembled my rig. I've got an RTX 5070 Ti paired with an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, using an Asus TUF Gaming B850+ WiFi motherboard and Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM running at 6000MHz. Currently, the RAM is set to 4200MT/s, but I'm considering enabling EXPO, which would adjust the DRAM VDDQ voltage to 1.4000. I've heard that a safe voltage limit is around 1.25. Should I go ahead with this setting, or is 1.4000 too high? Any advice would be much appreciated! Cheers!

I've been using EXPO on my ASUS board for a year without any issues. Just keep in mind that some older BIOS versions had problems, but those have mostly been resolved now.
1.25V is a safe level, but you can actually go up to around 1.7V for DDR5. Anything below 1.5V generally poses no risk.
There are different voltages involved, and I think you might be mixing them up. It's a good idea to run a stress test after turning on EXPO to check for stability, just to be safe.
Definitely, EXPO is safe. I’ve never heard of anyone damaging their setup using EXPO settings.
The EXPO profile is built into the RAM, so the manufacturers wouldn't include it if it was unsafe. It should be fine to use.
