Is it smart to wait for Black Friday to build my PC?

I'm planning to build my first gaming PC and I've narrowed down my components to these options:
- **CPU:** Ryzen 7 7800x3D 5.4GHz
- **GPU:** Galaxy RTX 5070 Ti / RX 9070 XT
- **Motherboard:** MSI Mag B850 Tomahawk Max / MSI B650
- **Memory:** 32GB DDR5 6000MHz
- **Power Supply:** MSI MAG A850GL 850W - 80+ Gold Certified
- **Case:** Lian Li O11 Flow V2 / Ant Esports Crystal X6 ARGB Mid Tower
- **Cooling:** ProLab design AI360LC
- **Storage:** 2x 256GB NVMe + 1TB SATA SSD

This setup is going to cost me between ₹215,000 to ₹250,000 here in India. My main question is whether I should purchase the parts now (in June) or wait until Black Friday. With prices climbing almost daily, I'm curious if the discounted prices on Black Friday will still be comparable to buying soon. I'm also open to any advice or alternatives you might have regarding my choices, as I mainly want to game, stream, and do a bit of coding for local AI models.

The general consensus here is to build now. If Black Friday had any potential for deals, it's pretty much gone. September is a good time, but waiting until then or beyond could lead to increased prices across the board. Just focus on getting a solid build together now.

Yeah, it sounds like a solid move to build sooner rather than later.

And keep an eye out for sales throughout the year. You never know when a good deal will pop up!

Honestly, there's usually not much worth waiting for on Black Friday when it comes to PC components. It's rare to find significant discounts on GPUs or CPUs, and while you might snag some good deals on accessories like SSDs and monitors, the actual parts for your build probably won't be any cheaper. Plus, 8 months is a long wait; I'd suggest building now if you're set on it!

Yeah, I agree! If you wait too long, prices might spike even more. I say go for it now!

And if you grab it now, you can enjoy it sooner rather than later!

I'd recommend getting your parts now instead of waiting. The market is unpredictable, and with potential price increases, you might end up spending more. Plus, there really aren't great deals on Black Friday anymore for full builds. Just make sure to check local options to avoid shipping costs and stuff.

Good point! I've been seeing that too—seems like most Black Friday sales are just rebranded old stock.

Absolutely, waiting might just lead to disappointment. Better to build now!

Waiting for Black Friday could backfire, especially with parts shortages and inflation. If you're set on your build, I'd say jump on it now. I’ve learned that Black Friday deals aren't as sweet as they used to be for gamers.

So true! Plus, you might have time to test everything and tweak it before classes start.

Exactly! Don’t let those discounts fool you, build while you can!
