I've got an MSI 3080 Suprim X that's watercooled, and everything's been running smoothly for a while. Today, while gaming, I noticed the GPU temperature sitting at around 75°C, the Memory Junction at 70°C, but the hot spot shot up to 105°C. Should I consider replacing the thermal pads? Also, what's the easiest way to find the right pad sizes for my setup?

Check out the sizes specific to your water block model; they could differ a lot from traditional coolers. It’s super important to get the right fit, so I’d recommend checking out resources specific to your block or reaching out to the brand's support for detailed sizing.
I wouldn't rush to change the pads just yet with those temperatures. As long as the GPU isn't overheating beyond safe limits while gaming, keep monitoring it. Just watch for any changes over time. If the hotspot keeps climbing or you're hitting higher temps, then it might be time to replace them.
