Hey everyone! I've been using an i7-8700k with an RTX 4090 for a while now and it's served me well. I even managed to snag the 4090 for less than $500 on Facebook Marketplace a couple of years ago, and I still can't believe it was a legit deal. However, I'm starting to feel some performance limitations, especially with my CPU bottlenecking the GPU. With prices potentially rising due to tariffs, I'm eager to upgrade before costs go up. I'm considering bundle deals for the 7800X3D but am also tempted by the 9800X3D, though it's a bit pricier. I use my PC for both work (like Excel and Teams) and gaming (everything from Diablo 2 to COD/Battlefield) at max settings, aiming for 4K 120fps on my 48" OLED. What do you all think? Should I make the jump?

If there's a Micro Center near you, you should grab that 7800X3D bundle for sure. With a 4090, you really need to upgrade your CPU to keep up. It's just necessary for optimal performance!
So true! But why do those bundles always come with such bad RAM? It’s frustrating.
