I'm currently using a Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard, an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor, and a GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card. I'm wondering if I should consider any upgrades to my setup or if it's good as is. What do you think?

Only you can judge that! If your PC isn’t delivering the performance you want, then definitely consider upgrades. But if it's doing everything you need, I'd say stick with it for now.
Honestly, it all depends on what you're using your PC for. If everything's running smoothly and you enjoy your gaming experience, there might not be a need to upgrade. But if you feel like your games aren't performing well, then it could be time to think about an upgrade.
What are your main uses for the PC? If you're gaming with newer titles, you might benefit from upgrading to a 5000-series Ryzen and a more powerful GPU. That should give you a noticeable performance boost.

I do play a lot of recent games! If I were to upgrade, which GPU do you recommend? I was thinking about an RTX 3700.
