I've got 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and recently I've noticed that it's getting pretty maxed out—Task Manager shows about 80-90% usage when I game, especially if I've got Opera open with a bunch of tabs. My PC has an i5 11th gen processor and a 2060 graphics card. Would upgrading my RAM improve my gaming performance?

Definitely! Upgrading to 32GB would help with performance, especially in gaming. 16GB is getting a bit tight for today's requirements, especially if you multitask. You might want to consider getting a new 32GB kit rather than adding just another 16GB stick; sometimes, they don't always play nice together.
Checked and my Opera eats around 4GB of RAM, is that normal?
