I'm about to get a new PC, and I tend to leave my windows open at night for fresh air. During winter, my room gets really cold—around 40 to 45°F. I'm worried this might be too chilly for my PC to handle. Should I be concerned?

If your pipes are insulated for cold weather, you’re probably fine! A PC can handle lower temps as long as there’s no condensation. Stay warm!
The lower the better in terms of cooling, just make sure condensation doesn’t become a problem! It's really about keeping everything dry.
Anything above freezing is okay for your PC, but be cautious if temps drop close to that. At 40°F, you should be good, but keep an eye out for moisture.
Generally, it's fine for your PC to operate in cooler temperatures. Just watch out for any condensation, especially if it warms up quickly after being cold. That can cause issues.
Yeah, if you keep it running pretty much all the time, it's unlikely to produce condensation.
There isn't really a 'too cold' for a computer, though humidity can be a concern. Just ensure your room isn’t too damp and you should be set!
Right? The real worry should be about keeping the humidity under control.

True, I don’t think my plumbing will freeze up, so my PC should be okay too!
