I had a conversation with a recruiter yesterday for a Linux position. When asked about my salary expectations, I mentioned $48 per hour, which the recruiter immediately countered with $52. After the call, I reviewed the job description again and realized the position actually has a minimum pay of $55 and a maximum of $68. I feel like I really lowballed myself. Is there a chance for me to renegotiate?
