Is it worth exchanging my GPU for a lower price?

Hey everyone! I recently purchased a Gainward Python 5070 OC GPU for 652 euros, and it's been running smoothly. However, I found the same GPU for 610 euros on another website. Should I go through the hassle of returning it to save 42 euros? I'm a bit unsure about the potential problems that could arise when returning such an expensive item. I ended up making the return and saved 55 euros after all!

If you're looking at return timelines, they can take a while for processing. And honestly, if the price difference is small, you might want to skip the return if the new place has sketchy reviews.

Yeah, I read some concerning reviews about that cheaper shop. Definitely a gamble!

Make sure to check the return policy where you bought it. If they have price matching, that could save you the return hassle.

They don’t have a price match, so it wasn’t an option unfortunately.

If the 610 euro price includes shipping and you can return it for free, it might be worth it. But if you have to risk return shipping or wait too long for your refund, sticking with what you have might be smarter.

Great point! I’m glad I returned it and managed to save a bit, but didn’t want to take unnecessary risks.

Honestly, saving 42 euros isn’t worth the hassle of returning it. If it were a larger amount, maybe, but that’s not much.

Thanks for your input! I figured it would be a pain, but I still went for it.
