Is it worth switching from a 9060XT to an RTX 5070?

I recently built my first PC and got the Sapphire Nitro Plus 9060XT. Now I see that the RTX 5070 is on sale for about 35% more than what I paid for my 9060XT. I'm considering returning the 9060XT for the Palit 5070 Infinity 3. I really like how the Sapphire card looks but I'm wondering if the performance boost is worth the extra cost. What do you think?

Ultimately, only you can determine if the upgrade is worth it. The 9060XT is comparable to the 5060 Ti, so yes, the 5070 will be faster, especially if it's the 16GB model. The extra 35% in price might be justified by the performance, but you need to check how well the 5070 performs with the games you play at your preferred settings to see if that matters to you. That being said, the 9060XT’s performance could suffice for now if you're not experiencing issues.

Thanks for the insight! I love the look of the 9060 in my setup (you can see photos in my profile), but I'm torn between better performance and how it looks in my build. It’s also about whether I want to deal with returning it.
