I'm currently using a 1660 Super with a Ryzen 5 5600X, mostly playing Apex Legends. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with frame rates around 95-100 FPS and I keep experiencing significant FPS drops during gameplay. Should I consider upgrading to an RTX 3060 to improve my performance?

If your power supply can handle the RTX 3060 and the price is right, I would say go for it! I made a similar upgrade a while back from a 1660 to a Titan X Pascal, and it was a game-changer. The performance increase was huge, and it made a big difference in gaming.
It really depends on the price you can get for the RTX 3060. Before jumping into an upgrade, check your GPU usage during gameplay. If your GPU isn’t being fully utilized, you might not see the performance boost you’re hoping for.
