I'm currently using an RX 5700XT, and while it's been great for 1080p gaming, I'm looking to make a jump to 1440p at high frame rates. I've been considering the RTX 5080, but I've seen some complaints about its 16 GB of VRAM. That seems a bit limiting for the future, especially with new titles on the horizon. Should I proceed with the upgrade or look for alternatives? Any advice would be appreciated!

The RTX 5080 is a solid choice for high-refresh 1440p gaming. However, you might want to consider the RTX 5070 Ti instead; it offers good performance at a lower price point, making it a better bang for your buck.
Yeah, if you're already used to AMD cards, the 5070 Ti could feel more comfortable too!
