I'm currently using an RX 6700 XT and I'm considering upgrading to either a 5060 TI or a 5070 for 2K gaming. I'm wondering if I should make the switch now or stick with my 6700 for another 3-5 years until the graphics card market stabilizes. What do you think?

I think your 6700 XT will hold up for quite some time. Just look at older cards; many still perform decently for gaming even after a decade! I mean, the 1080 Ti is still popular, and your 6700 might age similarly, especially for less demanding games.
If you're considering the 5070, remember it should provide solid performance, especially at 1440p. Plus, it has DLSS, which is a nice feature for keeping your frame rates up on newer titles. But if high refresh rates aren't a big deal for you, you might find that the 5060 TI is a valid budget-friendly option too.
Honestly, unless there's a specific game that's pushing your current setup to its limits, you might not need to upgrade right now. If you're managing to get between 60-120 FPS, you could be set for a while. Most games won’t be taking full advantage of new hardware for the next few years, so don't stress too much about missing out unless you're after a specific feature like ray tracing or DLSS.
Totally agree! An upgrade shouldn't be just for fear of missing out, but for actual needs.

Exactly! Just because new cards come out, doesn't mean your current one won't do its job well.
