I'm considering upgrading my PC, which has a Ryzen 5 5600 CPU and a GTX 1650 GPU, to Windows 11. I'm curious if this upgrade will negatively impact my performance, given that my setup is a bit older. What do you think?

To be honest, if you're happy with Windows 10 and it works well for you, sticking with it might be the easiest path. But if you're curious or need newer features, give Windows 11 a shot!
I get what you're saying about old hardware, but your build is still fairly capable. The 5600 came out in 2020, and while the GTX 1650 is a bit dated, you shouldn’t see noticeable performance issues moving to Windows 11.
You should definitely consider what you’re looking to do with your PC. While it can handle Windows 11, the real limitation in gaming or heavy tasks will be the GPU more than the OS itself.
Honestly, your Ryzen 5 5600 is still a strong CPU! Windows 11 should run just fine on your setup without any significant performance drops.
