Is it Worth Using an Old GPU with Windows 10 Until I Can Upgrade?

I'm finishing up my budget PC build and I'm about two weeks away from payday when I can grab a new GPU and upgrade to Windows 11. Right now, I still have my old HD 7850, which doesn't support Windows 11 drivers. I'm wondering how much of a pain it would be to use my old card and stick with Windows 10 just to get by until I can upgrade. Any thoughts on whether it's manageable or not?

Honestly, it might just be a whole reinstall of Windows worth of hassle if you go that route. I'd suggest either just waiting it out for those two weeks for the upgrade or you could even consider installing a Linux distro like Ubuntu. That way, you'd skip the annoying Windows setup process and the need to disable all the privacy stuff Microsoft loves to enable by default, twice.

Ahh that's what I figured, just needed a kick in the ass to solidify it. Thanks!
