I'm really struggling to break into high-paying roles at major MNCs. Everywhere I look, they keep saying you need 3-4 years of experience in Java, but my background is in Python. I've seen friends switch tech stacks and land their dream jobs, while I'm preparing hard for interviews but hearing nothing back. I'm feeling stuck in my current role, and I could really use some advice on how to make this transition happen without the Java experience.

Honestly, Python is super popular right now, especially with the rise of AI. A lot of high-level work in this area is done using Python, so you’re not entirely out of the race. Focus on leveraging your Python skills and consider highlighting any relevant experiences in AI or data science when applying.
That's good to know! I'm actually diving into AI myself but I’m not looking to switch to that field.
