You might be able to save around $160 on the GPU by waiting a few weeks for a better deal. Check this out: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DZZ63JXD. That could help you stay within your budget!
While the AIO cooler is great, it might be a bit overkill for your CPU. You could consider switching to a good air cooler instead. It might be simpler and just as effective!

Just a heads up about the RAM—it needs to be EXPO compatible instead of XMP. XMP is typically geared for Intel, while EXPO is for AMD processors. This is particularly important if you want to overclock it and actually utilize those speeds.
All AMD motherboards can read XMP profiles anyway, so it’s not a big issue. The differences between XMP and EXPO are quite small, honestly.
